PAYMENT TERMS
  • All customers are required to register first before placing any orders during the live selling.
  • To place an order, customers must comment “Mine + Price” during the live or send a screenshot of the item via direct message.
  • “Mine Now, Pay Tomorrow” policy:Full payment must be completed on or before the next day to enjoy the discounted live price.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays must be paid on the next official banking day.
  • A billing statement will be sent via Messenger after the live for reference.
  • Failure to complete payment within the given timeframe will automatically void the discounted price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All confirmed orders are final. No changes, cancellations, or substitutions will be allowed once an order is confirmed.
  • Orders with unpaid balances beyond the payment deadline will be automatically cancelled without prior notice, and the item will be released to other buyers.
  • Customers are strongly advised not to comment “Mine” unless they are fully decided and capable of completing the purchase.
  • Repeated failure to honor mined items may result in restriction or blocking from future live selling activities.
REFUND POLICY
  • No refunds or returns shall be accepted once the item is confirmed and fully paid.
  • Refunds will be considered ONLY under the following conditions:
    • The item is proven to be factory defective, or
    • The item is proven to be fake, and must be supported by a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video taken from package opening up to full item inspection.
  • All claims must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) upon receipt of the item. Claims beyond this period shall be deemed waived and invalid.
  • Requests for refunds due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, preference, or comparison pricing will not be entertained.
  • Any refund requests that do not meet the conditions above shall be considered null and void.
